Wienerschnitzel and sister brand Hamburger Stand recently expanded the popular BBQ Brisket menu with two tasty new options. The first is the BBQ Brisket Sandwich, which features a toasted bun piled high with smoky shredded brisket, BBQ sauce, grilled onions, and sliced pickles. Next up is the new BBQ Brisket Dog, which is a steamed hot dog bun filled with the same smoky shredded brisket, BBQ sauce, grilled onions, and a rich cheese cause. Both of the new items join the existing BBQ Brisket Fries, which first appeared on menus back in September.
