Earlier this year, Chinese sportswear company PEAK unveiled its 3D-printed Future sneakers, and it is now following up with a pair of 3D-printed high-top basketball sport sneakers. The all-new sneakers from PEAK were recently debuted at the 2017 PEAK China Tour and Dwight Howard III Press Conference.
At the events, Charlotte Hornets player Dwight Howard detailed that his 'DH3' line of basketball shoes will be made in collaboration with PEAK. The collection will introduce a regular pair of red sneakers, as well as a white pair with 3D-printed elements. Although these details may seem purely decorative, the teams describe that they offer much higher performance features that comparable footwear options, as the "3D-printed soles and vamp side walls enable a more comfortable wearing experience."
