Those who intend to visit the bank for an appointment are able to check themselves in at an on-site terminal using NFC technology, which saves them of the hassle of waiting in line to see an advisor. Customers are able to notify the bank of their arrival with a mobile device and an advisor will attend to them when they are available.
The branch also boasts facial recognition ATMs that make it possible for users to take out cash by using an image of their face rather than a PIN.
