A team of designers comprised of Deokhee Jeong, Yubin Choi, Youngnam Le, and Sewoom Hahm joined forces to create the conceptual BalconyFarm planter. It is an indoor gardening system that aids in nourishing succulents and decorative plants as well as consumable greens in an indoor space.

This is specifically garnered to smaller households who are looking to grow just the right amount of vegetables and herbs for the kitchen. The BalconyFarm planter concept has a portable sensibility with smart technology. It ensures that the plants are getting the right amount of LED light at a daily rate and gets a distribution of the correct amount of water that it need. This takes water container space and soil pots along with electronics and mechanisms into consideration.
