These picture perfect Strawberry Cupcakes with White Chocolate frosting hail from a strange food blog entitled Bake Robot. At the helm of this bizarre blog is a baker and writer that calls themselves, "Cybidon, unit MK8340 of the model D.I.A. by Dr. Geren Roberts." Intrigued? It only gets better.
You may have noticed the nuts and blots that are used as props in this otherwise sweet version of food photography. Well, the blogger claims these petite cakes were baked in its stomach which doubles as a warming oven (talk about convenience) and starts off the blog post with a series of 1s and 0s. The cakes themselves are gorgeously alluring topped with swirled mile-high airy white chocolate frosting, but somehow the success of the baking is eclipsed by the odd, possibly mechanical, blog master.
Sure to be one interesting and delicious read, Bake Robot is unlike any other food blog out there.
