This Cake Pop-Up is Inspired by BBC's Bake Off Creme de la Creme

BBC's widely popular Bake Off Creme de la Creme series inspired this pop-up restaurant that specialized in gourmet dessert options. Started by the show's winner Helen Vass, the dessert pop-up was the first of its kind in Glasgow.

The pastry chef's venture spotlighted decadent creations that aimed to satisfy visitors' sweet tooth and spotlighted a curated menu of cake varieties. "The pop up is a relaxed and informal afternoon where I’ll be serving up and talking about some of the desserts that inspired me while working as a pastry chef out in Barcelona," said Vass about the activation last year.

With the help of an expert pastry chef and interactive, in-store tutorials, visitors of this dessert pop-up got a chance to learn what goes into their favorite treat, while getting to meet a Bake Off Creme de la Creme winner.
