With its AW19 Conscious Exclusive collection, H&M is celebrating 10 seasons of sustainable fashion and for the occasion, the new apparel designs are elegant, party-ready and as eco-friendly as ever. According to designer Ella Soccorsi, "The starting points for the AW19 Conscious Exclusive collection were mysterious masquerade balls that took place in the 1960s. We were thinking about dazzling, one-off events where the anticipation in the build-up only increases the pleasure."
In the collection, consumers will find styles made with waste cotton and recycled materials. One of the most standout pieces is a floor-length pink tulle gown with a sequinned ribbon at the waist, all of which is made from recycled polyester blends. This season, for the first time, H&M is introducing recycled brass and zinc, and TENCEL X REFIBRA lyocell fibres.
