Hot on the heels of launching its propriety new LEANguini noodle nationwide, Noodles & Company has just begun testing new Asian Broth Bowls.
Inspired by iconic Asian soups like pho and ramen, Noodles & Company has begun testing three new Asian Broth Bowls at select test restaurants in the states of Colorado, Illinois, and Ohio. The First of these bowls is the Japanese Chicken Broth Bowl, which features a creamy ramen pork broth ladened with lo mein noodles and grilled chicken, carrots, napa and red cabbage, and green onions. Next up is the Sesame Chicken Dumpling Broth Bowl, which features a chicken sesame-infused broth, chicken dumplings, lo mein noodles, carrots, napa and red cabbage, and green onions. Lastly, there's the Vietnamese Steak Broth Bowl, which boasts a pho-style beef broth, rice noodles, steak, spinach, napa and red cabbage, green onions, and cilantro.
