This App for Exercising Blocks Time-Wasting Sites Until Users Workout

This app for exercising won't let you surf the internet until you get a workout in. Nudge Kick blocks your favorite websites and apps until you have registered physical activity via fitness tracker or you've checked in at the gym.

The exercise motivation app is compatible with Android devices and is also formulated for the web as a Google Chrome extension. Users can pick the gym they go to most regularly and identify their favorite apps and sites they want to have blocked. Through the app for exercising they can also set exercise goals (for example: daily or weekly visits). They can pick the time for time-waster blocking as well. They won't be unlocked until you go to the gym.

Both the Nudge Kick app and Chrome extension are in beta.
