As a child I remember being fascinated with feathers. To me they were so beautiful and unique I couldn’t get enough; it seems that with the Andrew Dickson Palmae Chair, designer Kurt Kraisinger couldn’t get enough either. Collaborating to bring this lounge to life, both Dickson and Kraisinger have refined the original design and manufacturing options.
Through gas injected molding, the complex form of the Andrew Dickson Palmae Chair is made possible. Although this design reminds me of a feather, it was actually inspired by the Palm Frond leaf.
