Design company Studio Muti have created a series of fantastical Alice in Wonderland illustrations for creative Slovakian company J&L. The illustrators have depicted all your beloved character from the Lewis Carroll classic and famed Disney adaptation. There is a quirky Alice with an off-kilter blue hair bow, a stoic-looking Rabbit, an ecstatic Cheshire cat, a high-energy Mad Hatter and Malevolent Queen of Hearts complete with an icy glare.
Surrounding the characters are notable items featured in the book/film, such as an old-fashioned key, pocket watch, a trumpet adorned with a heart banner, a tiny bottle whose accompany tag invites "Eat me!" and a paint-brush dripping onto a rose. The collection is more than a fun, graphic way to revisit an old childhood classic: all proceeds from the illustrations, which are published in a book, go towards battling illiteracy in Romania.
