Although not the first of its kind as Matali Crasset created a beach library popup last year in Istres, France, this one is meant to be a lot more permanent. Located at the resort of Albena by the Bulgarian Black Sea, it is made out of a material that is very resistant to sun and water.
Designed by Herman Kompernas, the Albana Beach Library boasts over 2,500 books in 10 languages. According to Neatorama, "Guests are invited to borrow the books (for free) and leave their own when they go home for others to read." Vacationing and relaxing have never been more enlightening.
