Three lucky individuals will have the opportunity to stay in an Airbnb aquarium suite located inside a shark tank. The creative stunt is the latest activation from the peer-to-peer accommodations service that will take place during the second week of April at the Aquarium de Paris.
The contest will be offering a single night stay to three couples and will be hosted by free-diver and marine photographer Fred Buyle and a marine biologist from the Aquarium de Paris.
The clever stunt is a great way for the brand to generate publicity around its services and unique selection of properties. In the past, Airbnb has offered stays at a number of unexpected venues including Toronto's Air Canada Center arena and a full-scale replica of Vincent van Gogh's 'The Room' in Chicago in order to promote the Chicago Institute of Art.
