Nike's signature Air Max 98 sneakers got a brand new colorway makeover inspired by China's Shanghai. The latest iteration sees a complete tonal change with hits of gray throughout the entire uppers finished in multi-patterned designs. There are three prints that translate to "Shanghai" in Chinese all throughout. It is complete in a visual design that reflects digital print and this is done to represent the animated lights that are prominent in the urban city.
Some branding details are seen in the form of contrasting red mini Swooshes along with some touches of blue to brighten up the monochromatic canvas. The tongue tab is made in leather materials and Air Max branding completes the entire model.
