Kaffa Roastery is introducing its AI-CONIC coffee blend to the world as the world's first artificial intelligence coffee made with the assistance of language models. "Leveraging models akin to ChatGPT and Copilot, the AI was tasked with crafting a blend that would ideally suit coffee enthusiasts’ tastes, pushing the boundaries of conventional flavor combinations," said local AI consultancy Elev, which collaborated with Kaffa Roastery on the first-of-its-kind project.
To create AI-CONIC, Kaffa Roastery contributed data about its best-selling coffee blends. From there, artificial intelligence chose four types of beans from Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia and Guatemala and the first test roasting was successful. Together, the harmonious blend offers a sophisticated, multi-layered experience that masterfully mingles sweetness and fruit notes.
