If you're a fan of the retro video game 3D Space Invaders, then you'll love this captivating 3D street art inspired by the game. It is vibrant, colorful and so detailed, you'll have a hard time believing it's flat.
The chalk art was created by Leon Keer and Remko van Schaik. Keer is known for his mind-boggling designs, so it's not surprising that he's part of this project. The piece was created at the EPFL campus in Lausanne, Switzerland. It was 150 square meters and took six days to complete. It is on display until April 10th.
It's ironic that a 2D game inspired an optical illusion 3D masterpiece. Nevertheless, it makes me want to go play the game.
