This quaint piece of accessory is bound to get a lot of people talking ill about you behind your back. This is the Zihotch Retro Phone Watch made by Japan's Maywadenki.
Designed with a face that imitates the rotary phones of yesteryears, the Zihotch works in mysterious ways: you need to make a phone call to find out what time it is.
In order to get the time, you have to dial 117 and the time will be spoken to you by what I assume is a recorded voice. If you dial the wrong number, you get a, “We are sorry, the number you have dialed is not in service. Please check and call again.â€
The watch can also be set up to act as an alarm clock for wake up calls. The Zihotch Retro Phone Watch sells for $79.99.
