This Yulia Gorbachenko 'The Look' series focuses on model Grace Bol (Muse Model Management) as styled by the creative Davis Carrasquillo with make up by the talented Frances Hathaway. Last but not least, retouching was the work of the keen Olga Gogoleva.
The photography is high contrast and eye-catching. From dazzling jewelry and bright blue purses, Bol poses with visually loud accessories. Yet despite the brashness of these objects, the photography as a whole maintains a minimalist aesthetic. Much of this is owed to Gorbachenko's well balanced framing and thoughtful color schemes. Bol's expressions are also gracefully understated. In fact, her expressions are no doubt coordinated with the various accessories.
