More and more uniquely-shaped homes are popping up around the world and the YSY House happens to be one of them. As though compensating for the fact that there are just as many, if not more, uniform residences also littering the planet because of the growing world population, homes like the YSY House truly provide balance between the two.
Designed by AUAU, the YSY House is located in Seto, Japan. A relatively smallish structure from the outside, it actually looks quite spacious inside thanks to a cleverly planned layout. I also like how much natural light streams through despite the fact that it looks like there are barely any windows from the outside. With its minimalist, geometric outshell, the YSY House looks like it can withstand just about anything.
