These days photographers simply charm away the art-lovers by the magical Photoshop that simply makes everything look spectacular, but these photographs by Yiu Yu Hoi are above and beyond the regular city snapshots.
Hong Kong-based designer Yiu Yu Hoi channeled his time and energy to turn the fast-paced city into a slow moving dream-like sequence using infrared technique. Infrared photos are able to depict things that cannot be seen by the naked eye and the invisible light is captured more powerfully in this manner.
He has added a series of pink crimson trees to the city that make the photos spring to life in a dreamy fashion. He used Photoshop to transform the midnight blue trees into crisp pink shades. Yiu Yu Hoi's work is unbelievably surreal and a must-see for photography fans.
