Fashion for a good cause is always in style, as shown by the stunning and brilliant White Cashmere Collection 2011 fashion show. On September 28th, 2011, the Art Gallery of Ontario in Toronto was transformed into a toilet paper couture haven for the eighth annual White Cashmere Collection: Fashion for Compassion runway show, which raises funds and awareness for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
Hosted by Canada AM's Bev Thomson, a cancer survivor herself, the event showcased the work of 15 incredible Canadian designers, each one creating an incredible gown, suit, or accessories made entirely from Cashmere bathroom tissue.
Trend Hunter was there to catch all the amazing designs in the flesh, and this year's runway show certainly did not disappoint! From Franco Mirabelli's Baroque-inspired gown to Luko Marion's slinky chain-link dress, each item was truly a work of art.
