The Waze Carpool app has provided users with the ability to save on transportation costs through sharing a ride. However, the app will also be getting a calendar to help users schedule rides days in advance. This can be used to schedule rides for the week prior.
The update comes as a result of user feedback to the Waze Carpool app. With the new update, drivers are able to set times when they are available to drive, as well as which route they will be taking. After setting a time and a route, they can invite riders to join the carpool.
Riders can set on their calendar when they will need a ride, they can also see how many drivers there are and look at who else needs a ride.
