Jil Sander Prepares for SS20 With the Vulcanized Rubber Sole Sneaker
Jil Sanders unveils a new footwear option in preparation for the Spring/Summer 2020 season with the launch of the Vulcanized Rubber Sole sneaker. The dramatic shoe is spotlighted by its large sole unit in an almost sartorial manner -- there are two colorways in total.
There is the option of an all-black option or a beige iteration, both of which sit on top of a crepe rubber platform that measures out to be two inches high. The foundation boasts a visual that looks like a protective bumper all across. The uppers are constructed from buffed calfskin leather materials for a luxurious touch to the model before it is lined in a brown tan color on the underside of the panels. The brown leather travels to the heel tab loop as well.
