The Vonnen hybrid Porsche 911 offers increased performance to its original design. using the company's Shadow Drive system 150 horsepower as well as 150 pounds of torque are added to the vehicle.
The design features an EV motor being, which was added in between the car's engine and transmission. The hybrid engine comes in as a replacement to the car's stock Flywheel, which provides a connection between the transmission and engine. Power to the motor is provided by a battery pack which in the front compartment of the car. However, the unit can be moved to wherever the owner would like.
The Vonnen hybrid motor is controlled using a Bluetooth app, which has three modes including Street, Sport, and Overboost. The different settings determine when and how fast the hybrid motor kicks in.
