Still looking for that sweet auto that strongly resembles the Batmobile? Well, I believe the Volkswagen Kai Nalu is about as close as you're going to get. Though not actually inspired by the caped crusader, this luxury car has a much cooler muse. Designer Josep Ferriol got the idea for the design from the Mediterranean Sea.
If you look closely you will see that the clear glass top of the Volkswagen Kai Nalu resembles the glassy nature of the sea, while the lower half of the chassis carries the same characteristics of the jagged rocks that line the sea's shores. Though not derived from the Dark Knight himself, I would certainly start fighting crime if I was to acquire one of these bad boys.
