Designer Vibeke Fonnesberg Schmidt designs a collection full of wall-mounted lights that are made from plexiglass materials and it was highlighted in the Dezeen and Mindcraft Project 2022 recently. It boasts the name Wall Light and is described to be "almost two-dimensional wall objects with graphic qualities."
Each piece has a different level of transparency, color hue, and shape overlapping one another. Each light is also meant to diffuse light to allow viewers to see the different compositions that form from the levels of clearness. The panels are of various oval sizes and arranged to create a grid-like look that is supported by a brass structure. Schmidt states, "It can be cast in any translucency from transparent to opaque. This means I can control the light."
