The Vega No 6 smartphone has the largest HD screen on the market and to show off its capabilities, Korean manufacturer Pantech created a 'Vega City' with hundreds of the phones used to create the backdrop for the animation -- everything from the buildings to the sky were represented on the HD screens.
The animation required three weeks of preparation. Firstly, the actors were filmed against white screens, then the individual frames were printed and torn out to create 1,600 paper characters. These were then photographed within the 'Vega City' for over 170 hours before finally being animated into the final film.
