Vans and The Simpsons Launch a Capsule Celebrating Christmas
Vans and The Simpsons work in collaboration for the upcoming Holiday season this year, launching a themed capsule of sneakers following their 30th anniversary recently. The designs are festive and playful to bring joyous spirits to the sneakers. There are three models that make up the pack -- this includes the Sk8-Hi, the Old Skool, and the Slip-On.
The shoes are decorated with graphics of the beloved characters dressed up for the holidays. Homer Simpson is dressed up as Santa Claus with Marge sitting on his lap. Bart and Lisa are both holding presents with Santa's Little Helper, the pet dog, who is reaching for a bone that Maggie is holding. The graphics detail a black canvas foundation to stand out, sitting atop a white midsole.
