The Unofficial Taxidermy LEGO Kits make original stocking stuffers for kids and adults alike. Just as the name suggests, these LEGO sets contain just enough pieces to form typical taxidermy sculptures. So far they include a deer, fox and bear.
Created on the fly by Brooklyn-based designer David Cole, the Unofficial Taxidermy LEGO Kits have since become hugely popular. Although he originally made only a limited edition of 250 deer kits, the pieces of which were obtained from numerous suppliers around the internet, he soon garnered a waiting list of nearly 1,500 people. Since then, the kits are back up on his online shop and he is continuing to add new animals to the mix.
The Unofficial Taxidermy LEGO Kits were inspired by Cole's own small taxidermy collection.
