Polestar is known as a high-performance electric car brand, but the company has long made inroads into other interesting sectors, with the latest and greatest example of this being a unique mountain bike that was designed as part of a collaborative effort with bicycle company Allebike.
Positioned as a special-edition interpretation of Allebike's 'Alpha' mountain bike, this particular two-wheeler revolves around a hand-built carbon-fiber-reinforced frame. It also happens to be designed for downcountry riding, which explains the upright seating posture and the angled head tube, both of which are designed to assist riders when they're ploughing down hills. The bike is a full-suspension product and makes use of the same dampers that Polestar wields in its vehicles.
This unique mountain bike is truly a limited-edition offering, with only 100 units to be made available for a price of $9,500 each.
