The Water Discus is an extravagant underwater hotel design by Polish company Deep Ocean Technology. It is going to be the first underwater hotel in Dubai, and like most undertakings in the country, is designed to impress.
The hotel will essentially look like an extravagant spaceship that has just landed on the ocean. Parallel to this analogy, DOP claims that the structure of the hotel will enable it to expand and even change locations. Other than looking like a gorgeous extraterrestrial invasion territory, this futuristic modular hotel will include an underwater disc with 21 rooms, a bar and a diving center. The and above-water and underwater levels are intended to let the guest enjoy both the underwater scenery and the warm climate during their stay.
