The Trap Collection by Darono is Vibrant and Modern
Meghan Young — December 5, 2013 — Art & Design
The Trap Collection by Darono, a design studio based in Porto, Portugal, is comprised of a pendant lamp and a bean bag chair. Both of these furniture pieces have almost exactly the same aesthetic. A large white globe has been contained in a netted sack. A unique design, the pieces were inspired by glass fishing float. Yet they have been given a modern twist.
Available in two bright colors, green and red, the Trap Collection by Darono is made for contemporary homes in need of some playful accents. The nets used for both the lighting and seating are made from a blend of viscose and polyester. The Puff chair has an additional fur texture and the net ends in a long braid.
