The iconic pancake chain IHOP recently teamed up with A&E’s hit show 'Tiny House Nation' to create the world's tiniest IHOP. Despite its impossibly small size, the pint-sized house of pancakes still serves up the chain's classic dishes.
The world's tiniest IHOP is located in Los Angeles and clocks in at just 170 square feet. The outside is designed to look like a cozy log cabin, which the inside features necessary pancake supplies like a secret compartment of maple syrup. In order to dine at the tiny pancake house, you'll have to be part of the chain's MyHOP email program. Reservations are claimed on a first-come, first-serve basis, but once you secure your seating, your meal will be free.
For those not in the Los Angeles area, the chain is running a sweepstakes for a free trip two-night, three-day trip to Los Angeles to visit the tiny IHOP.
