The 'Tilt Cup' is a beautifully designed glass cup that prevents mildew from forming while it dries. Designer Huang Shi-Hao created the cup to dry quickly and safely when you place it upside down. Shi-Hao's glass allows air to circulate so that an airtight space isn't formed while you're drying it.
The Tilt Cup works to prevent bacteria from accumulating by tilting to one side. The top of the cup has a clipped edge which forces the cup to sit at an angle. As a result, water can escape from the cup instead of sitting in a sealed environment.
Shi-Hao designed the cup to balance by implementing a specially formulated weight distribution. When tilted to the side, the cup stays perfectly balanced and upright.
