Abington Flight Watch for Women
Rose A. Valenta — December 30, 2007 — Fashion
The Abington Watch company was founded by Chelsea "Juice" Welch, a Santa Monica-based pilot and she has introduced two new flight watches for women the Amelia (Earhart) and the one pictured, Jackie (Cochran). Both were designed with the growing number of female pilots in mind.
The Jackie is the more feminine deigned watch, with a mother-of-pearl face and 64 cubic zirconia stones on the bezel. Its dial has a E6-B flight computer and a chronograph that shows Zulu time along with local time. Jackie sells for $400 and Amelia is $250.
