The blind may have a phone to call their own, thanks to Nikko Van Stolk and his 'Tactile Phone.' The Tactile Phone is an amazing concept phone that uses electric pulses to simulate braille onscreen.
The Tactile Phone would work like any other phone, except for the fact that every menu button would be written in braille. I for one think this is an awesome concept.
