As the July 18th theatrical release of the latest installment of the Batman franchise The Dark Knight draws near, the hype's crescendo, not to mention the merchandising of toys, posters, and related movie paraphernalia, is likely to intensify. I offer these Dark Knight action figures as exhibit A.
Introduced to the general public at the 2008 Tokyo Toy Show, The Dark Knight's 1/6 scale Batmobile, 12" figure features headlights light up function, cockpit/roof opening panel which slices up and down and dashboard. The Dark Knight also comes with a cool motorcycle with weapon features, grappling hooks and engine.
These action figures will be dropped later this year and there is no word on prices yet.
