With the likes of Halle Berry, the Hilton sisters, Lindsay Lohan and Lauren Conrad snapping up her designs by the handful, it’s completely plausible to instate Lauren Moshi as Hollywood’s newest “It” girl. Mostly consisting of tank tops and ill fitting t-shirts, celebrities have taken a liking to the sharp and original creations, each hand drawn and silk-screened onto the garments.
There is a re-occuring theme with the prints: animals, skulls and flowers. One print in particular stands out as exceptionally inspired, causing something other than the image of a guitar shredding Slash and a ‘Paradise City’ wailing Axl at the mention of “Guns n’ Roses." Instead, it combines the two nouns, culminating in a rock-worthy print; a gigantic black and white rose comprised of several lethal looking guns.
