Electronic Suitcase Tags

The Rimowa bags are engineered to simplify the travelling process with a series of electronic suitcase tag already incorporated into the luggage's design. The suitcase uses an E Ink display to showcase the luggage sticker along the side of the bag for easy marking and identification without the need for stickers or flimsy paper. This is ideal for reducing paper waste as well as keeping the identification process simple and stress-free.

Conventionally most luggage bags receive a sticker or paper tag at airports when checked in through security. The Rimowa Electronic Tag creatively fuses the boarding tag as part of the suitcases design using E Ink. The tag is printed onto the bag uses the same Bluetooth connection that lets consumers check in at airports, greatly reducing the amount of time spent in line ups.
