Mizuno, the United States-based sports lifestyle company, has unveiled the 'ST-X 220' line of golf clubs. Included in this line are the 'ST-X 220 Hybrid' and the 'ST-X 220 Driver.' The Hybrid model features Mizuno's 'X-Axis' design which optimizes the weight distribution deeper into the waffle crown. On top of this, the ST-X 220 Hybrid boasts Mizuno's thinnest hybrid face to date, measuring in at 1.8mm. This results in the ST-X 220 Hybrid being a lightweight club that is easy to swing while delivering a strong hit with a higher draw bias.
The ST-X 220 Driver, on the other hand, is a heavier club geared towards high ball flight and consistent swings. The center of the club features a stability-enhanced X-Axis design that ensures the golfer's swings are more consistently accurate, even if they are off by a small margin. The face on this club is a thick layer of forged titanium that uses 'CORTECH' technology to deliver more efficient drives.
