The homes are built by the team at Shea Homes and it is constructed on the streets of Blue Oasis Drive and Purple Iris Way. The architectural forms imagine a modern chic structure with a mid-century look as well. The homes are the main focus but the planned lifestyle is also just as highly anticipated with future occupants of all ages in mind. Mountain views, a central lagoon, and various parks are in the works.
