Electrabel used 300,000 tealight candles and stop-motion photography to create this spectacular video to celebrate New Year’s Eve 2009. The video looks like fireworks produced from tiny flames on the floor.
I can’t imagine how long it took to create this short clip, but the result is glittery and warm, and reminds us that we can conserve energy and still rejoice in the observance of the New Year.
Electrobel is a progressive energy company from Belgium that provides natural gas and electric energy to customers across Europe, and is known for fabulous light shows in the past.
