If you're going to play a brainy board game you might as well do it with a little class, right? The Static vs Kinetic Chess Set may be the swankiest version of the classic game I've seen yet. The pieces were carefully crafted and fabricated using a 3D printer. They looked like they were actually carved from glass and soapstone.
Designed by Josh Finkle, the Static vs Kinetic Chess set doesn't bring any new aspect to the game; rather, it just gives it a much-needed facelift. Now all we need to see is a diamond-encrusted Snakes and Ladders.
