The Barcelona-based automobile startup 'Stark Future' has debuted the 'Stark VARG,' an electric dirtbike that outperforms the performance metrics of its gas-powered siblings. The VARG boasts an incredible 80 horsepower and 692 lb-ft of torque at the rear wheel. The weight of the VARG is 242lbs, which is quite heavy to account for its electric motor.
While Stark has not stated the maximum speed of this bike yet, Stark has claimed that the bike will be the fastest motorbike on the market, which means it will achieve speeds greater than 123 mph. The VARG costs $12,900 USD and features a 360-V water-cooled motor. The battery of the VARG is a 6-kWh pack, and Stark has stated that this will last longer than a "full tank of gas on a 450cc." Essentially, the VARG is meant to be the newest superbike, and it is fully electric.
