Bramalea City Centre announced a significant renovation of its South Food Court. This multimillion-dollar project aims to modernize the dining area with a contemporary design, improved functionality, and enhanced visitor comfort. The renovation will be completed in phases to minimize disruptions, with the final reveal expected in 2026.
Phase One, which commenced on March 6th, 2025, will focus on foundational upgrades to the South Food Court. This includes new flooring, ceiling treatments, and enhanced lighting, as well as reconfiguring seating to improve traffic flow and comfort. Additional improvements will optimize waste separation systems and increase storefront visibility while creating a more open and inviting atmosphere for visitors.
The project is designed by Bess Pappas of Pappas Design Studio Inc. and constructed by Govan Brown Associates Limited.
