The Sony A77 II is a DSLR camera which, despite being targeted towards amateur photographers, has features that rival many professional camera models. It is a follow-up to the Sony's A77 camera.
The highlight of the Sony AZZ II is its 79-point autofocus sensor, which includes 15 cross points within the central area of the sensor. This autofocus system is fast, accurate and performs well in all kinds of light conditions. A range of autofocus functions allow users to make the most out of those 79 autofocus points.
The camera also features a 24.3-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor and Sony's BIONZ X image processor.
The Sony A77 II will be made available in June for $1,200. Buyers have the option of also obtaining a 16-50-mm lens for an extra $600.
