Our favorite spikey haired cartoon character and game is going to back again with Sega and Sonic Boom. His lightening quick legs are going to be back in action with a new game, television show and toys. This is definitely something to look forward to if you used to play the Sonic the Hedgehog game when you were younger.
Sega announced that it plans to launch Sonic Boom with a multitude of mediums. This means that Sonic fans will be playing Sonic Boom soon enough. The television series will feature an entirely new look and design. The new Sonic the Hedgehog will air on the Cartoon Network and the game plans to land on Nintendo WiiU and 3DS platforms as well.
The toys are in conjunction with Sega and toy company TOMY. It will produce plushies, action figures, vehicles and more. No release date is set yet but we will keep our eyes peeled.
