This social photo app encourages your group of friends to take a picture an hour, turning them into a collective feed. The Dudr app turns smartphone photography into a gamified experience beyond trying to get as many likes or followers as possible.
From a German startup, Dudr asks a group of people -- it could be friends or people attending an event -- to press the camera button in-app at the same time to trigger their patented location-based system. Every participating 'Dude' has a mission to take 24 pictures in 24 hours. A day later they can look at the collection of captures in the social photo app.
CEO Bernd Schmekel was inspired by the disposable camera.
