Ikea Canada Introduces the Sleepless Lamp Calmpaign
IKEA Canada introduces its Sleepless Lamp campaign, which brings awareness to the issue of sleep poverty. It has launched just in time for National Sleep Awareness Month. The initiative brings attention to the reality that about half a million children across the nation struggle with getting enough sleep often due to poor living conditions.
At the core of the campaign is the interactive installation which reflects the fragmented sleep patterns of kids affected by the issue. By looking at real sleep data, the lamp will erratically flicker. This reflects the restlessness and elements that are caused by the lack of proper sleep environments and bedding. This is on display at Scarborough Town Center from March 27-30.
