The upcoming Vista Residences take advantage of unique skyscraper designs that uses nature as its inspiration.
The proposed plan sees three buildings built, each side by side, and increasing in size. The building will have beautiful views of Lake Michigan, and its windows will be a reflection of the surrounding water. The team behind the Vista Residences made sure to use different shades of blue for its window colors to resemble the gradients in the lake.
Also, the building's unique shape is based on a frustum, a specific type of pattern seen in crystal formations. By combining various shades of blue, with the building's distinct shape, a unique undulated design is achieved. Both the building's color and shape will take its cue from the water -- a subtle wave-like motion.
